Leadership Team Facilitation - Investment Banking

Project X Partners were invited to facilitate a team development session for the EMEA leadership team of a global investment bank. The objective of the session was for the team to define their purpose, values, get to know each other better and agree ways of working to enable their EMEA strategy.

The session included a refresh and review of the team charter in the current context, and an exploration of individual and collective strengths to inform the team's optimal way of working.

Outcomes

The leadership team increased awareness of their own strengths and gained deeper understanding of the collective strengths within the team that contribute to its overall success.

Through agreeing optimal ways of working, the team were more effective in leading the organisation with one voice to implement the EMEA strategy.
