Values & Talent Strategy - Banking

Project X Partners were engaged with a Global Digital and Innovation Bank to support the development and facilitation of a number of Values and Career development initiatives. We also consulted and advised on a number of Leadership Coaching programs and partnered to develop their global Talent Strategy.

Our expertise was leveraged to design the Talent Strategy and in turn enhance their internal Leadership workshops to make them interactive debriefs of recognised industry Leadership books, case studies and thought leadership reviews. Facilitation of Intact Leadership Team sessions, to support them identify their strengths, development areas and critical priorities for the People & Culture activities and strategy were completed. The discovery phase for the Intact Team sessions included a series of interviews and data analysis and report creation, which supported an aggregated data review as well as individual feedback reports and briefing sessions.

Outcomes

Over 200 colleagues benefited from attending Career Pathway workshops and Leadership Team sessions that we facilitated.

Through exploration of personal values, strengths and development areas, participants who attended Career Pathway workshops took ownership of their career planning which positively impacted engagement, motivation and performance.

We continue to partner with this client as a Consultancy Partner to support their strategic Talent agenda focusing on the development of a number of new leadership, sales and Agile initiatives and programs.
