Agile Upskilling - Global Telecoms

Project X Partners were engaged to support the HR function of one of the UK’s leading telecoms and network providers. The organisation was implementing Agile at scale and pace, and to enable the Digital HR team to partner with the business to support this transformation we were asked to provide our expertise to upskill the UK team in Business Agility.

We designed a bespoke learning intervention which covered the history of Agile, Values, Principles and exploration of the Cynefin framework, including its practical application to their current context.

Outcomes

Digital HR Business Partners felt supported, enabled and confident in applying Agile methodology and approaches to deliver People priorities.

The team had a shared understanding of Agile mindset, principles, values, methods and tools to partner and support the business transformation.
