Team Effectiveness Workshops - Asset Management

To enable a UK Asset Manager to deliver on their investment philosophy and build a scalable, sustainable business, Project X Partners were engaged to provide an integrated programme of people development interventions across the investment, sales, trading and support function teams.

During a six-month engagement, we supported leaders, managers and employees to deepen awareness of their individual motivations and strengths through use of the Strengths Deployment Inventory tool and personal coaching sessions.

We used these insights to design and facilitate team effectiveness workshops where in-tact teams reviewed their strengths profile, development areas and explored the attributes of high performing teams.

Outcomes

Through the creation of team charters, discussion of the organisational and team values and behaviours that enable the team’s vision and purpose, the team’s created prioritised action plans that leveraged team strengths and enhanced team effectiveness, collaboration and psychological safety.
