Executive Coaching - Fintech

Project X Partners were engaged with a Global Banking and Payments system Fintech organisation to coach their leadership team. This involved gathering feedback and facilitating an SDI to capture 360 input to support the coaching process.

Additionally, we provided input on Agile and Servant Leadership capabilities, ways of working and Leadership requirements, to help support internal thinking on future leadership requirements.

Outcomes

Increased self awareness through reflection on the feedback that was sought and gathered by us from colleagues to inform development planning.

Attained a deeper understanding of agile leadership approach that enhanced strategic leadership capability and decision making.
