Sarah is a leader in 'people transformation' that has been a significant influence over the shaping and development of culture and diversity in several large City organisations. She is a catalyst for change in institutional environments where she tackles the biggest people challenges and helps them be more sustainable and contemporary organisations. In her most recent role she has forged a pathway for young people with disabilities to be treated with respect and to have parity of opportunity. She is a subject matter expert across the 'full HR stack' and is equally comfortable in a Exec/ Board capacity or working with graduates and entry level staff.
